The death has occurred of Tommie King, Cloonacauneen, Castlegar, Galway and formerly of Demense Cottages, Mill Road, Tuam
On Saturday, June 21, 2025, Tommie died unexpectedly but peacefully, surrounded by his much loved wife and family at Galway University Hospital. He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife Máire, children Anthony, Mary, John and Melanie, daughters-in-law Bakula and Kay, and by his grandchildren, Anya and Asha, Daniel, Meadhbh, Sarah, Emily, Tommy and John, Calum, Carrie and Rory, brother Pete and sister Mary.
Predeceased by his parents Mary and William and by his brothers Paddy, Billy, Johnny, Anthony and Tim. He will always be fondly remembered by the extended King and Leonard families, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements:
Wednesday, June 25, 2025: Tommie will repose at the Church of the Holy Family, Funeral Parlour, Mervue (H91 FH52) from 5p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
(The entrance to the Funeral Parlour is through the Church. (Wheelchair/assisted entrance are at car park level)
Thursday, June 26, 2025 Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Tommie on arrival at the Church of the Resurrection, Ballinfoyle, Headford Road. H91 W298 at 11 a.m. A Cremation Service will take place in Shannon crematorium at 4 p.m.
