Launching it's annual impact report in the city this afternoon, stark figures were presented on escalating numbers at risk in recent years.
As housing supply remains constricted, and rents continue to surge upwards, the number of people seeking help has increased dramatically.
Despite successfully helping hundreds of families avoid entering emergency accommodation last year, it was acknowledged that it is getting harder to find solutions.
