The Irish Tag Rugby Association are excited to share the Galway County team line-up for the first-ever Tag Rugby County Championships, taking place on Saturday 9th August at UCD Sports Campus, Dublin. This landmark event will bring together 15 teams from across Ireland, each proudly representing their county of origin or the county they feel the strongest connection to. The action promises high energy, county pride and plenty of colour. You’ll find the full Galway County team list below featuring local players ready to take to the pitch in a bold new kit inspired by Galway’s traditional colours and created by kit partner, Oztag Equipment Supplies. Most of our county kits are being kept under wraps until match day, meaning the only way to catch the first glimpse of these bold new designs is to come along on the day. Supporters and media are invited to be among the first to see how each county’s traditional colours have been transformed with a unique tag rugby twist.
