20,000 Complimentary Tickets To Be Made Available To Underage Club Players For Leinster Final Day

Leinster GAA and Croke Park Stadium are delighted to once again join forces and offer young GAA Players from across the province the opportunity to attend the Leinster Senior Hurling Final for free, building on the outstanding success of last year’s initiative.

Up to 20,000 complimentary tickets will be made available to underage club players for Finals Day.

This will give thousands of young supporters the chance to experience one of the biggest days in the GAA calendar in the iconic surroundings of Croke Park.

The initiative forms part of Leinster GAA’s continued commitment to youth participation and strengthening the connection between grassroots players and the highest level of the game. By bringing young players and their clubs to championship finals day, the aim is to inspire the next generation and create lifelong memories around the game they love.

Speaking on the initiative, Cathaoirleach of Leinster GAA Martin Byrne said:

Following the tremendous response to this initiative last year, we are delighted to once again work alongside Croke Park Stadium to welcome thousands of young players to the Leinster Senior Hurling Final. Days like these can leave a lasting impression on young players. To see their heroes up close, experience the colour and atmosphere of championship hurling, and share that experience with teammates and coaches is something very special. Initiatives like this are about investing in the future of our games and ensuring our young players feel connected to the wider GAA community.”

Stadium & Commercial Director at Croke Park, Peter McKenna added:

“Croke Park is proud to continue this partnership with Leinster GAA and to once again open our doors to thousands of young club players from across the province. Encouraging young people to engage with our games and experience major match days is hugely important. The atmosphere created by clubs on these occasions adds enormously to the occasion and helps strengthen the bond between grassroots GAA and our national stadium.”
