The draw for the Bank of Ireland Connacht Junior Cup was broadcast last night on the Connacht Rugby You Tube Channel and has thrown up some interesting pairings.
There will be one preliminary round game between Monivea and Ballyhaunis on the 5th of January with the winners going into the first round proper a week later.
The First Round Draw sees the winner of Monivea and Ballyhaunis face The University of Galway, Connemara at home to Sligo, Dunmore at home to Castlebar, Creggs at home to Corrib, Loughrea away to Tuam, Ballinrobe away to Westport, Ballinasloe at home to Buccaneers and Ballina at home to Corinthians.
Those games fixed for the 12th of January.
