Teachers at Ballinfoyle National School, Nicola and David, joined George McDonagh and John Mulligan on Monday's 'Over The Line' to discuss the 'Bring Cillian Home' initiative. Cillian O'Brien is a young pupil at Ballinfoyle NS who was sadly hospitalised in February due to a catastrophic brain bleed which occurred from a rare condition called Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM). His family are raising funds to make his home accessible for his needs as well as to finance his specialist medical care and rehabilitation.
There will be a fundraiser for Cillian at the Galway Greyhound Stadium on Saturday, 21st November.
