A student from Coláiste Iognáid has been named on the Irish team for the 2025 U19 European Rowing Championships.
Paul Schofield is part of the Junior Men's fours along with Daniel Crozier (Methodist College Belfast), Tommy Little (Neptune) and Richard Heaslip (Athlone).
The 2025 U19 European Rowing Championships will take place in Kruszwica, Poland from May 24th.
The selected athletes will continue their final preparations at the National Rowing Centre, where they will train under the guidance of Rowing Ireland’s high-performance staff in the lead-up to the event.
This year’s U19 team showcases a strong blend of emerging talent from clubs across the country, highlighting the depth and development of junior rowing in Ireland.
