Galway's drive for five Connacht Senior Football titles in a row came to an end on Sunday afternoon when losing a classic final to Roscommon in Hyde Park.
Despite goals from Rob Finnerty and Damien Comer, Galway lost by 3-21 to 2-22 with the Roscommon goals coming from Darragh Heneghan with two and one from Robert Heneghan.
