Galway booked their place in Round 2A of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship with a 3-21 to 0-17 victory over Kildare at Pearse Stadium on Saturday evening.

Rob Finnerty kicked two two-pointers on his way to a personal tally of 1-9 to help Padraig Joyce's side to a comfortable victory over the Lilywhites.
