Galway and Down will meet in Championship Football for the first time since 1971 when they clash in Sunday's All-Ireland Preliminary Quarter Final.
The game is sure to be a tight one, given the recent form of both teams, and a large crowd will be in Pairc Esler in Newry for the 1.45 throw in.
