Galway Hurlers edge out Dubs in Walsh Cup Semi-Final

An injury time point from a Joe Canning sideline cut saw Galway overcome Dublin by 21 points to 1-17 in the Walsh Cup semi-final played in Parnell Park yesterday.  Galway led at halftime by 0-15 to 0-8 after playing with wind advantage, but Dublin finished strongly and a late penalty goal from Sean Moran helped draw the sides level before Cannings winner.
