Galway's Senior Ladies Footballers got their Connacht Championship Campaign off to a winning start with a comfortable win over Leitrim at Avant Money Páirc Seán Mac Diarmada.
Daniel Moynihan's side scored 1-8 without reply in the opening ten minutes and ran out 2-22 to 0-5 winners and in doing so have booked their place in the Connacht Final.
