Galway League Makes History In Winning Oscar Traynor Trophy - Commentary, Report And Reaction

The Galway League made history on Sunday afternoon in Eamon Deacy Park, winning the FAI Oscar Traynor Trophy.

It was the first time the league had won the title since 1971 when they beat the Leinster Junior League.

Galway beat the Linerick League 5-0 with the goals coming from Enda Curran (2), Padraic Cunningham, Calym Crowe and Ben McDonnell.
