An injury time winner from Tyreke Wilson proved a cruel ending for Galway United as they went down by the one goal to Dundalk in their SSE Airtricity League Men's Premier Division fixture in Turners Cross, Cork on Friday (12th June 2026).

The result leaves Galway United in seventh place on 21 points, still just two ahead of Sligo Rovers, and seven up on bottom side Waterford.
