Galway United remain in seventh following a 1-1 draw in the SSE Airtricity League Men's Premier Division in Eamonn Deacy Park on  Friday (24th October 2025).

Stephen Walsh's 56th-minute equaliser cancelled out an earlier Drogheda strike from Luke Heeney, leaving the Tribesmen in seventh place, one point from safety with two games remaining.

Afterwards, Galway United midfielder David Hurley chatted to Galway Bay FM's Mike Rafferty.
