Following a week off, Galway United are back in SSE Airtricity League Men's Premier Division action this Friday (3rd April 2026) when they host Derry City.
United are currently in eighth place on eight points, four clear of the relegation zone and just one behind the Candystripes in sixth. Derry won two of last year's meetings, with the others finishing as draws. Galway's last win was in August 2024 when Patrick Hickey's 76th-minute strike gave them a 1-0 home success.
At the press conference in the Maldron Hotel leading up to the game, Galway United defender Killian Brouder has been chatting to Galway Bay FM's Mike Rafferty.
Mike then caught up with new recruit Arthur Parker, who joined this season on loan from Swansea City.
Finally, Galway United manager John Caulfield shared his thoughts with Mike.
Kick-off at Eamonn Deacy Park on Friday is 8pm.
