Ireland U20's playing for pride against USA on Tuesday
The Ireland Men's U20 team, including Corinthians' duo Daniel Ryan and Diarmuid O'Connell and Buccaneers' Adam Cooper, suffered a second defeat in the Junior World Championship yesterday, losing 62-40 to Argentina. The result ends Ireland's hopes of making the cup semi-finals. Argentina overpowered Ireland in the first half with four converted tries and and a penalty giving them a 31-7 lead. Ireland's try came from Rian Handley. Ireland worked hard in the second half, scoring five tries, but it wasn't enough as the junior Pumas continued to add to their tally.
