The referees for this weekend's matches for the Galway Footballers', Galway Ladies Footballers' and Hurlers have been announced.
David Coldrick of Meath will take charge of Galway's National Football League Division 1 meeting with Roscommon on Saturday at 7 pm in Pearse Stadium. Coldrick's most recent game involving Galway was last year's league meeting between Galway and Donegal in Pearse Stadium, which the Tribesmen won 0-21 to 0-14.
The Galway Ladies Footballers' National League Division 1 Round 4 meeting with Armagh at Duggan Park, Ballinasloe, will be refereed by Cavan's Margaret Farrelly. Throw-in on Saturday is at 4:15 pm.
While Limerick's Johnny Murphy will be the man in the middle for Galway's National Hurling League meeting with Offaly in St. Brendan's Park, Birr, on Sunday at 2 pm. Murphy recently refereed Loughrea's All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship semi-final victory over Slaughtneil in Parnell Park in December.
