Connacht are back in action next Saturday (7th January) in the BKT United Rugby Championship when they entertain South Africa's Cell C Sharks.
Ireland trio Bundee Aki, Finlay Bealham and Mack Hansen are in contention to start. Aki set out the defeat to Leinster, while Bealham and Hansen return following illness.
Andy Friend's team have never beaten the southern franchise having gone down 41-21 to them in Durban last year.
The Sharks are currently in fifth place on 29 points, nine ahead of Connacht who sit in 13th.
