A workshop on Mental Skills and Well-bring for Ladies Football will take place on Wednesday next the 14th of March at 8pm in the Claregalway Hotel aimed at coaches who want to best hone those skills and to get better performances from their teams. The Workshop is facilitated by Mairetreasa Ni Cheallaigh and Nollag O'Sullivan and has been organised in association with Galway LGFA.
