Galway Bay fm newsroom - 200 European delegates are to attend a major media conference in Galway city from today (May 25).

Connemara based TG4 is hosting the 38th CIRCOM Regional Conference.

CIRCOM is the Professional Association of Regional Public Service Television in Europe.

The three-day conference will feature topics such as digital transformation, climate coverage in news, and creative economies.

It runs from today until Friday at NUI Galway.
