4 Galway people have been selected for a special activists bootcamp in Dublin in mid-January
Anti-racism activist Sai Gujulla from Wellpark, teenage ethnic minority activist Bel Aghedo from Newcastle, school meals campaigner Ruth Hegarty and Irish language campaigner Edel Ní Churraoin from Indreabhán will attend the 4-day academy
Run by well-known PR company Alice, it aims to help activists champion progressive causes by teaching skills such as fundraising, community organising and political engagement.
