There's a call for urgent work on a very rough section of the N83 heading towards Belclare.
The matter was raised by Councillor Siobhan McHugh Ryan at a meeting of local councillors this week.
She highlighted the poor state of the hard shoulder from Currandrum National School to the Belcare turn-off - including potholes, loose gravel, and uneven surfaces.
Fine Gael Councillor McHugh Ryan says it's almost impassable at this stage.
