A Christmas tree recycling services is available in the city this week.
People can bring their tree to Hunters Depot, Lough Rusheen on Barna Road or Merlin Woods Depot in Doughiska.
Galway City Council is running the service for domestic householders only from 9AM to 3PM until Saturday January 10th.
