There's concern over the fate of the "windfall" that will result from the sale of Galway Airport.
The site is jointly owned by Galway City and County Council, who purchased the site for around €1m in 2013.
Now, it's estimated it could be worth at least ten times that - and potentially even much higher than that.
In the coming weeks, both local authorities are set to meet with stakeholders who have a business case and are interested in purchasing the site.
But City Councillor Shane Forde says there's no way they will accept a 50/50 split of the sale price.
