The consumer watchdog has carried out unannounced inspections on a number of businesses in Galway.
The CCPC audited 13 businesses in the city and county ahead of the peak summer season, though the locations are not specified.
It's part of a nationwide effort, that saw more than 80 businesses inspected in Galway, Dublin, Kerry, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford.
A number of potential breaches of consumer law were found, including inaccurate or inadequate pricing and misleading commercial practices.
