The average listed price of a 3-bed semi-detached home in County Galway has increased by seven percent in just three months.
The latest Daft.ie report shows that the average listed price of that type of home is now €324,000 - compared to €303,000 at the end of 2025.
City prices saw a slight reduction - with the average price of a 3-bed semi now at €399,000, compared to €401,000.
On March 1st, there were 795 second-hand homes actively for sale across Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford cities, up 6 percent on the same date a year ago.
Nationally, The rate of house price growth is cooling, with list prices last year rising by an average of 3.7 per cent, the slowest pace of increase since 2023.
