Motorists are being advised to expect delays coming into Galway on the motorway this morning.
Gardaí are currently at the scene of two separate road traffic collisions that occurred on the M6 Westbound.
The first collision involving three vehicles happened between Junction 17 Athenry and Junction 18 Rathmorrissey at around 7:35AM.
The second collision involving two vehicles occurred at Junction 18 Rathmorrissey at around 8AM.

No injuries have been reported at this time, and the road remains open to traffic.
