Disruption to Galway train services over Easter weekend

There will be disruption to Galway train services over this coming Easter weekend.

There will be no train service between Dublin Heuston and Galway and Galway to Dublin Heuston from Good Friday to Easter Monday morning.

Irish Rail says it's due to ongoing works at Ceannt Station and at Oranmore Station, as well as track and bridge renewal works along the line.

As a result, from the evening of Friday April 3rd until the morning of Monday April 6th, Dublin Heuston to Galway will be a bus replacement.

Meanwhile, the Limerick to Galway and Galway to Limerick service will involve bus transfers between Athenry and Galway during the same time.
