3.7 million euro is to be invested in Galway schools for digital learning and minor works.
It's part of a national allocation of 65 million euro announced by Education Minister Helen McEntee.
The Galway allocation comprises €1.8 million in Minor Works Grants for primary schools, €1.2 million in ICT grants for primary schools and just under €800,000 in ICT grants for post-primary schools
Galway East Fianna Fáil Deputy Dolan says this significant investment will ensure that local schools can upgrade infrastructure and expand access to modern learning tools.
