Education Minister Hildegarde Naughton is visiting Scoil San Phroinsias in Tirellan today to mark its 40th anniversary
Minister Naughton says anniversaries such as this are not only a celebration of a school building or a date in history, but a celebration of the people who have shaped and sustained the school community over forty years.
The Minister praised the school’s inclusive ethos and acknowledged the diversity of the school community, where pupils from many different backgrounds and cultures are welcomed and supported to achieve their full potential.
Minister Naughton also highlighted the continued development of the school over recent years, including expanded facilities, wellbeing supports and the opening of a new ASD class this September.
