A family fun day will be held in Oughterard on Saturday July 11 to celebrate National Play Day.
Galway Sports Partenrship is holding the event in Corribdale Park from 1pm-3pm.
The event will feature a wide range of activities, such as garden games, Irish dancing and circus skills.
The theme of National Play Day this year is "Play for All", highlighting the important role play has in supporting childrens development.

Admission to the event is free, and families are encouraged to bring a picnic, wear comfortable clothing, and be ready to play.
