A file is to be prepared for the coroner on the death of a young man who was found unresponsive in the grounds of the University of Galway in Newcastle.
The man in his thirties was brought by ambulance to University Hospital Galway on Sunday evening, where he was subsequently pronounced dead.
A Garda spokesperson says the post mortem examination has been completed, but the results are not being released for operational reasons.
Galway Bay fm news understands that foul play is not suspected at this stage.
