Gaeltacht craft village Ceardlann an Spidéil is marking its 40th anniversary this weekend
The landmark milestone recognises four decades of contribution to language, culture, and enterprise since the craft village was founded by Údarás na Gaeltachta in 1986.
An Ceardlann has grown into a vibrant hub of traders and artisans and is home to award-winning businesses, including acclaimed food producer Builín Blasta, and attracts visitors from across Ireland and internationally.
Basket weaving, t-shirt printing, wine tasting, photography workshops and skincare demonstrations, are among the events happening over the weekend
