Galway filmmaker and political activist Lelia Doolan has completed her 220 kilometres peace walk across Ireland over 16 days
The 91-year-old walked from Shannon Airport to the Dail in protest against the US military’s use of Shannon Airport.
Lelia was joined by community groups and activists along the old route to Dublin, while many accompanied her to the final destination

The walk began on March 31st and she made it to the Dáil today at around 2:00pm.
