Galway Bay fm newsroom - The Government will decide on Wednesday morning if schools will reopen on Monday.

The Teachers Union of Ireland is recommending schools remain closed until January 18th.

The Cabinet Covid sub-committee will meet tomorrow, where the three party leaders, senior ministers and health officials will discuss the situation.
