The green light's been given for a multi-million regeneration project in Gort town centre.
It aims to transform streets and public spaces within the core of the town.
In a nutshell, this transformative project means improved streetscapes, better public lighting, and improved public spaces.
Many streets will get brand new paving, as well as street furniture and hard and soft landscaping.

Other key features include expanded pedestrian space in Market Square, and major upgrades to Canon Quinn Park.
Also in the plans are new pedestrian crossings, new signage, undergrounding of overhead cables, and relocation of bus stops.
An Coimisiún Pleanála has now ruled that Galway County Council can go-ahead with the multi-million euro project.
