A local campaign group are ramping up their calls for a solution to ongoing flooding at Kylemore Bridge.
The bridge along the N59 has been subject to flooding for many years, resulting in dangerous travelling conditions for both locals and tourists.
The Kylemore Road Flooding Action Group says when the bridge becomes unpassable, it results in a 30 kilometre detour for commuters.
Flood prevention works have not been able to continue due to environmental concerns, and the group is calling for a meeting with all relevant bodies to come up with a solution
