Over a third of Irish men say they're struggling with their mental health while over half of men in the West of Ireland feel uncomfortable talking about mental health with their close friends.

That's according to a new survey from Movember, which found a fifth of younger Irish men also say they often feel lonely.

Movember Country Director Sarah Ouellette says loneliness is a big problem for Irish men.
