The Minister of State for Disability Emer Higgins says the government's top priority for her brief is the implementation of the new national human rights strategy for disabled people
The Minister has this afternoon been meeting with the lobby group Access For All at Galway's City Hall
It's a network of individuals established in the 1990s who have lived experiences of disabilities, local disability organisations and community stakeholders.
