Minister for Tourism Peter Burke has met with members of the Connemara and the Islands Network steering group.
The meeting was hosted by Fáilte Ireland in the Connemara Sands Hotel.
The Minister was given an update on the progress of the 5-year Destination and Experience Development Plan for the area, and tourism developments underway across the locality.
Minister Burke engaged with stakeholders on the initiatives designed to strengthen the visitor experience, support sustainable tourism growth, and enhance the economic impact of tourism for communities along the Connemara coast.
