A new dedicated maternity outpatient facility has officially been opened at Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe.
The HSE says the newly refurbished and developed building improves access, comfort and continuity of care throughout pregnancy.
It includes consultant and midwife-led clinics, as well as a dedicated carpark for patients.
