There's immense frustration, upset and worry among some parents in Clarinbridge - after many secondary school students were refused bus tickets for September.
They believe it's due to Bus Eireann rules, which say that in order to qualify, you must attend your nearest school.
But parents say Calasanctius College in Oranmore has capacity issues, and as a result their kids have to attend schools in Athenry.
They say it's impossible to understand how all children were given tickets last year - but this year almost two dozen are being left high and dry.
Speaking to Galway Talks, parent Emer O' Loan said they thought the situation was fully resolved last year.
