Plans have been approved for a significant housing development in Renmore.
Graphite Fusion plans to build more than 80 apartments and townhouses across 12 blocks at a site in Murrough, fronting onto Gleann Rua Road.
They'll vary in height from one to three storey, and will be a mix of single, two, and three bed units.
There was a considerable number of local objections on a wide range of grounds, including traffic congestion, pedestrian safety, overshadowing, and being out of character with the area.
City planners have now approved the project with some minor revisions, including a limit on the height of one section of a block, and removal of one unit to provide more communal space.
