Plans have been lodged for 20 new homes in Athenry as part of an existing estate.
Ltd Leadlane (Athenry) is seeking permission for the project, which would form part of the An Cheathrú Bhán estate.
They'd be a mix of semi-detached, terraced and townhouse homes, as well as apartments and a creche.
County planners will make a decision in December.
