Galway Bay fm newsroom - Power has been restored to over three thousand homes in East Galway following an earlier outage.
Crews have carried out repair works on a high voltage line in Glenamaddy.
The fault had impacted electricity consumers in the Glenamaddy, Dunmore and Mountbellew areas.
It also left the Glenamaddy Water Treatment Plant and Dunmore Glenamaddy Water Treatment Plant without power.
