New research by TrendLife is labelling Galway as Ireland's most optimistic county when it comes to AI.
Just 19 percent of people in Galway are extremely worried about artificial intelligence, compared to 39 percent nationally.
TrendLife says there is more enthusiam with AI in Galway - with 16 percent of people very excited about the new technology - more than double the national rate.
