Salthill Knocknacarra GAA Club will submit its planning application for the first phase of its new €10m facility this Friday.
The state-of-the-art development will include three playing pitches, and the provision for dressing rooms, gym, multi-purpose rooms and community spaces.
The Mincloon development is not a relocation, with the club confirming that its home will remain the Prairie in Salthill.
