A section of the M18 motorway near Gort is closed following a fatal crash.
A man in his 30s has died in the single vehicle incident.
The collision happened on the southbound lane between junction 16 Gort and 17 Ardrahan this afternoon.
The motorway is closed between Kiltiernan National School and Gort.
Units from the Gardaí, Fire and Ambulance Services attended the scene.
