Six Galway based MACE stores have been recognised at the MACE Excellence Awards held at Lawlor’s Hotel in Naas, Co Kildare
They are: Delaney's Old Dublin Road, Tuam; Delaney's Cloughonover; Delaney's Liosban; Mannion's Milltown Road, Tuam; McGreal's Ballybrit and McMahon's Kinvara
The intensive, year-long inspection programme includes two unannounced audits, an SMA audit, and a BWG Foods safety audit
Delaney's Liosban also received the MACE Food Safety Store of the Year Award on the night while Delaney's Cloughonover was named MACE Food Solutions Store of the Year.
